CBF: Climatebase Fellowship – Accelerate Your Climate Career
The Climatebase Fellowship is a 12-week virtual program designed to help professionals land climate-focused jobs or launch green ventures. It includes sector-specific training (energy, transportation, circular economy, etc.), career services, mentorship, project-based experiences, and access to a global community for a year.
Eligibility Criteria for CBF

Open to early-career professionals, founders, job seekers, or those shifting into the climate field.

No formal educational prerequisites.

A diverse cohort, but many participants come from tech or software engineering backgrounds.

Must be able to commit ~7–10 hours per week for live sessions and project work.

Submit an application online (takes ~15 minutes).

If accepted, pay the USD 1,990 program fee (fee covers three months + one-year community membership). Financial aid is available to over half of participants.
