Hosted by the International Art Museum of America (IAMA) in San Francisco, this annual competition invites young artists (ages 5–18) globally to submit original paintings. Selected artworks from the first round advance to a second round exhibition hosted at IAMA’s Grand Exhibition Hall in July 2025. Finalists receive awards, mentorship session access, and museum exhibition experience.
Eligibility Criteria for IAMA Art Contest

Artists aged 5–18 (divided into categories such as 5–7, 8–10, 11–14, 15–18).

Open globally to youth from any country.

Each applicant may submit one original artwork (traditional or digital painting).

Art must be unpublished and created specifically for the contest.
